I have re-enabled networking controllers and reinstalled drivers for the nVidia nforce network controller. And it hangs for several minutes on the 'shutting down' screen. I Have also noticed that my computer is slower than it was the day before. After doing so i booted normally and i got hold of my computer again! got past log in screen. I then booted into safe mode and disabled ALL network adapters including Hamachi and nvidia nforce networking controller. So i felt that there was a networking issue. I also tried booting into safe mode with networking. I couldn't use AVG or Kaspersky as they need an internet connection to update to most recent version, not helpful as i need an uptodate database! Run several virus scans with multiple programs (Avast, Spybot S&D and Malware Bytes) as i hear the Black SOD is caused by malware. I turned on my computer on Monday to find that i got the Black Screen Of Death (Black screen with only the cursor after logging in to account) My issue i'm having at the moment is that i can't connect to the internet nor can i connected to my home 's intranet LAN network.
